Why We Exist: 

NexSteps of Hope Foundation is a Texas-registered nonprofit committed to removing barriers to recovery, healing, and stability for individuals and families impacted by addiction, mental health challenges, incarceration, and poverty. We are officially registered with the Texas Secretary of State, have an EIN, and are currently awaiting our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

Our mission is to make recovery accessible by addressing real-life obstacles like the cost of treatment, lack of childcare, and limited transportation. Donations directly fund services for low-income families, ensuring no one has to choose between healing and survival.

We’re also developing a safe, trauma-informed play space for children, offering connection and support while caregivers engage in services. This space will double as a community hub for families navigating recovery, CPS, or reentry.

At NexSteps of Hope, we believe healing should be a right—not a privilege—and we’re here to help families take their next steps forward.
